I went to AAA because I was having an issue with my A/C, and I was told it would take about 30 minutes just to have it checked. To my surprise, Technician Mike had me in and out in about 15 minutes! No From the moment I arrived, Mike was friendly, professional, polite, and genuinely helpful. What impressed me most was that he treated me with respect and took the time to explain everything without trying to fast-talk me or take advantage of me because I’m a woman. That meant a lot! Mike noticed I was in uniform and even asked if I was coming from work or heading to work. That small gesture showed me that he genuinely cared about his customers. The service was quick, honest, respectful, and professional. You don’t always come across people who take pride in providing great customer service, but Mike definitely does! I would highly recommend AAA to anyone needing A/C service, and I would definitely recommend Mike. He deserves recognition for the excellent service he provided. Thank you, Mike, for making my experience such a great one! 👏🏽⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Mike is very knowledgeable and friendly I recommend seeing him when you go because the 2nd time I went Jason was totally the opposite and only really cared about being on his cell phone..

Roy and his team are the kind of local professionals you are grateful to find. They bring years of experience, strong knowledge, and a real commitment to doing honest, high-quality work. With 30+ years in the field, they have built the kind of reputation that only comes from consistently taking care of people the right way. They do not believe in shortcuts or temporary fixes. They do the work that needs to be done, and they do it with professionalism and care. You'll never feel like just another customer. You feel like they genuinely want to help and make sure the job is done right. As a former Marine Corps mechanic, I value skilled, honest workmanship. Roy and his team absolutely deliver that. 2022 Kia Sorrento, work done was evaporator. Cost 1200 USD, fixed in a few hours, level of work (complicated) 10/10

I honestly cannot recommend this place enough. The level of service and professionalism from Roy and his team is truly exceptional. They replaced the compressor in my car, and within a day we realized the part itself had an issue. The moment I called them, they immediately took the car back in the very same day and replaced everything without hesitation. That level of accountability and responsiveness is rare these days. What really impressed me was how much they genuinely care about their customers. They even paid for my ride back to the office while the car was being worked on. During the second visit, they also discovered an unrelated electrical issue with the vehicle and still took the time to fix it while the car was already in their shop. Roy and his team go above and beyond in every sense of the word. They are kind, honest, incredibly resourceful, and truly customer focused. It is clear that they take pride in their work and in taking care of people. If you are looking for a shop you can actually trust, this is the place.
